Refund Policy
The deposit of is non-refundable for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you arrive later than 15 minutes to your appointment you will have to reschedule your service and a $50 fee will be deducted from your deposit.
Service Deposit and Refund Policy

1. General Deposit Policy
To secure an appointment with BROW MAMI ®️ LLC, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your scheduled appointment.
This policy outlines the conditions under which this deposit may be retained by BROW MAMI ®️ LLC.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected events occur. However, our ability to serve all clients relies on adherence to our scheduling policy.

Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Deposit Retention: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
3. No-Show Policy

Definition: A “no-show” is defined as a client who fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notification.

Consequence: In the event of a no-show, the entire [Deposit Amount] deposit will be non-refundable and forfeited. You may also be required to prepay for future services.
4. Late Arrival Policy
We strictly adhere to appointment times to ensure fairness to all clients.

Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we will be unable to perform your service.

Consequence: You will be required to reschedule your service. A $50.00 fee will be deducted from your initial deposit to cover the time lost. The remaining balance of your deposit (if any) may be applied to your newly rescheduled service.
5. Refund Processing
Except for the mandatory non-refundable retention of deposits as outlined above, any approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be returned via the original method of payment.
